How many bids can my company work on?

Every plan, including the launch offer, allows 5 active bids and 10 different bids processed per calendar month. The allowance is shared across your company. Each bid counts once when Winston starts work on it that month, including queued reviews; further work and retries use the same place. Archive a finished bid to free an active place. This does not return a monthly place. Your monthly allowance resets on the first of each month at midnight UK time.

Do all three standard plans include the same tools?

Yes. Every plan includes opportunity matching, Readiness, Website Analysis, the Evidence Library, company documents, Carbon Reduction Plan, Social Value and Cyber Essentials builders, Bid Workspaces and Winston. Premium includes one named user, Platinum up to five, and Platinum Partner unlimited named users with consultancy support made available to you on request.

What does Platinum Partner add?

Unlimited named users and consultancy support made available to you on request, subject to scheduling availability. You can request a meeting to discuss finding contracts or preparing a bid. Each active named user can make a request. Separately scoped consultancy projects are available by agreement.

Can I begin without a subscription?

Yes. Create a free account, answer clear guided questions and receive your personal preparation summary. Your progress saves as you go. Completing the free assessment does not start a paid subscription.
